The 7th Cullen Skink World Championships took place on Sunday 8th March 2020 at the Cullen Bay Hotel.
There were two competitions on the day – Traditional Cullen Skink and Cullen Skink with a Twist.
Judging is undertaken as a blind tasting with the highest score being declared the Cullen Skink World Champion.
Margaret Macrae, who runs the Buth Bheag’s Fisherman’s Kitchen, Kyle of Lochalsh, took home the world Championship title for both competitions.
